Woodfields Residential Home

Woodfields Residential Home provides personal care to up to 17 people with dementia, currently supporting 15 residents in one adapted building. While medicine management systems are effective and people receive their prescribed medicines, not all staff supporting with medicines have received formal training. Some environmental improvements are needed to reduce cross-infection risks. Staff know people well and assess risks effectively, with adequate staffing levels in place. The home has safe recruitment practices and systems to support staff learning.
