Woodfield Court

Woodfield Court is a residential care home providing personal care and support to older people and those living with dementia. The home accommodates up to 29 people across two levels, with dining areas, communal spaces and adapted bathrooms. At inspection, 22 residents were living there.

The home maintains a warm and friendly atmosphere where residents reported being happy and spoke positively about the care they received. Staff understand their responsibilities to report concerns about people's safety, and systems are in place to reduce risks of harm and abuse. Risks to residents are regularly monitored with appropriate management plans in place, including timely referrals to healthcare services when needed. Medicines are provided safely, the home is visibly clean with good infection control processes followed, and relatives confirmed they can visit family members freely.
