Chilton Court is a residential care home supporting up to 47 people with personal care needs, some living with dementia. The service offers various accommodation types including houses, flats, and bedrooms, with 36 residents at the time of inspection.

Inspectors identified gaps in care planning, with not everyone having sufficient and detailed care and risk management plans in place. This left staff without adequate guidance on how to support residents effectively with their individual needs.
