Norbury Court

Norbury Court is a purpose-built nursing service across three floors that provides care for up to 60 people. At the time of inspection, 50 residents were living there. The service provides nursing care, but the inspection identified significant concerns with risk management, care planning, medicine management and governance. The home had audits in place that previously identified problems with medicines and environmental issues, yet there was little evidence these concerns had been addressed, resulting in the same problems being found again at inspection. Medicines were not always managed safely, placing residents at risk of harm.
