Wolsey House

Wolsey House provides residential care for up to six people with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, the service was at full capacity with six residents. People reported trusting staff to keep them safe, and the home had implemented safeguarding training across the team. Staff demonstrated confidence in reporting concerns and felt confident that investigations would follow. Care needs were properly risk assessed with detailed care plans guiding staff on managing identified risks. The home systematically recorded and analysed accidents and incidents, using this information to review and update risk assessments as needed.

Medicines were managed safely throughout the service. Staff assessed each person's medicine needs and supported residents to manage their own medications where appropriate, with all staff receiving proper training in medicine administration.
