Winters Park Care Home

Winters Park is a modern, purpose-built residential care home providing care to 41 people, some living with dementia. The majority of accommodation is on the ground floor. At inspection, 24 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated caring, calm and compassionate approaches, with people enjoying warm and friendly engagement. Residents were very complimentary about their care, describing staff as "lovely" and "very kind," saying "they can't do enough for us." People felt comfortable and safe, with comments including "I feel lucky to have found this place" and "You couldn't find a better home."
