About Winslow House

Winslow House is a residential care home in Gloucestershire, offering support to older people, including some living with dementia. Details of the most recent CQC assessment are set out below.

Winslow House is a care home providing support for older people, some of whom are living with dementia, with 35 people living there at the time of the assessment. Previously rated requires improvement following breaches, the CQC found the provider had since made the necessary improvements, and the service is now rated good overall.

Inspectors found staffing levels, training and consistency had improved, and the environment and infection control had also improved. Care plans and records still needed more consistent updating in some areas. People and relatives described staff as caring, professional and well trained, and felt the home was now well managed and organised.
