Winslow House

This residential care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 35 people aged 65 and over, with 29 residents at the time of inspection. The service operates across two floors in one adapted building, with each person having their own bedroom with toilet and washing facilities. Communal areas include lounges and dining rooms on both floors, along with adapted bathrooms, and there is a large wheelchair-accessible terrace overlooking a mature garden.

The service has shown improvement since the previous inspection, though inspectors noted that more time is needed for ongoing improvements to be fully completed, evaluated and embedded into regular ways of working.
