Northfield House

Northfield House provides residential care for up to 25 older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. The registered manager and provider had introduced new monitoring systems to improve quality of care, though further development and time were needed to sustain good outcomes for all residents. Care records were not consistently current or reflective of people's changing needs, and the management team was working to address these concerns.
