Windmill Lodge Ltd

Windmill Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 6 people. The service supports residents in a safe environment, with staff following safe practices including measures to reduce COVID-19 transmission. Staff encourage people to live full lives and pursue their goals, supporting them to try new activities and get out into the community. The provider and staff team have developed resources and knowledge to support people during periods of distress, while minimising restrictions and enabling residents to have freedom and choice in how they live. Staff receive appropriate training for their roles, including specialist training to support people with complex needs.
