The service maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Housekeeping staff regularly cleaned high-touch points such as door handles, and the premises were described as clean and fresh. Staff received training in infection control and proper use of personal protective equipment, which inspectors observed being used correctly. Risk assessments were in place for both residents and staff to help ensure their safety. Staff reported feeling well supported by the provider and safe working at the service.
