Windermere

Windermere provides accommodation and personal care for up to three people. At the time of inspection, three people were using the service. Residents felt safe and had confidence in their staff. Care workers received appropriate training and supervision, and staff were described as caring and compassionate with good knowledge of individual needs and preferences. Regular checks and audits were conducted to maintain quality and safety standards in the environment and care provision. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
