Windermere Grange Care Home

Windermere Grange accommodates 62 residents across four units on two floors, providing care to older people (some with dementia) and people with learning disabilities. Care plans guide staff to deliver safe and responsive care, with risks assessed and mitigated appropriately. However, care plans for older people who may display distressed behaviours lacked sufficient detail about what specific behaviours might occur and how staff should respond to them.
