Wilton Villas

Wilton Villas provides residential care for men with enduring mental health issues and substance or alcohol misuse. The service accommodates up to 18 people and had 10 residents at inspection.

Risk assessments covering residents' day-to-day mental health and support needs were clear and regularly reviewed, with detailed descriptions of potential risks and guidance for staff on mitigation and response. The service worked effectively with community-based mental health and social care professionals to coordinate support.

Staff supported residents to exercise maximum choice and control over their lives, enabling them to maintain autonomy in their care and decision-making.
