Wilsmere House

Wilsmere House provides personal and nursing care for up to 94 people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, and individuals who have experienced brain injuries. At the time of inspection, 85 people were using the service.

The home demonstrated strong infection control practices, with regular Covid-19 testing available to both residents and staff. Designated trained staff carried out tests consistently and safely, and anyone who tested positive was promptly isolated in accordance with government guidance.
