Primrose House Nursing Home

People and their representatives expressed satisfaction with the care they received. Staff treated residents with respect and dignity, and people felt safe in the home. Risk assessments had been properly documented, with detailed guidance in place for staff on how to minimize risks to residents' health and wellbeing. The home had arrangements to protect people from abuse, and staff had received training on safeguarding.
