Karuna Manor

Karuna Manor is a nursing home supporting up to 60 older people and those living with dementia across three specialised floors. At inspection, 59 people were using the service. One floor focuses on dementia care, while the other two support people with nursing and care needs. Staff support people with maximum choice and control, using the least restrictive approaches in their best interests. The leadership team maintains high standards and strives for excellence in care delivery. The home promotes an open, inclusive culture that empowers residents. Everyone spoken with praised the management team, and the service has won numerous prestigious awards, including double platinum in Investors in People and a world class hospitality award.
