Willows Care Home

Willows Care Home is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 72 people, some of whom have dementia. At the time of inspection, 51 people were living in the home. The building has three floors, each with separate facilities including en-suite bathrooms.

The service maintains safe practices and protects people from avoidable harm and abuse. Medicines are managed safely with robust procedures for administration, recording and storage. Regular audits identify any medicine errors, which are investigated and addressed through improvement actions.
