Willowgarth

Willowgarth provides personal care and accommodation for up to 68 people with mental health needs, some of whom are over 65. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with 68 residents.

People and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided and felt safe. Staff demonstrated clear understanding of how to report allegations and concerns of abuse, and understood their roles and responsibilities. While best practice in relation to risk management was not always consistently in place, the provider had plans to address this. The service maintained systems for oversight and monitoring that drove forward improvement.
