Summer Court

Summer Court provides residential care and personal care for up to 37 people, including older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 15 people were using the service.

The provider, management team and staff had made significant improvements since the last inspection. People's needs were assessed, monitored and regularly reviewed. Care plans and risk assessments had been improved and were kept current to ensure staff had accurate guidance on how to support people safely.
