Spring House Residential Care Home

Spring House is a residential care home providing personal care to people aged 65 and over, including some living with dementia. The service accommodates up to 21 people in one building, with 19 residents at the time of inspection.

People were safe, with well-managed risks and systems in place to identify and reduce potential hazards. Staff were recruited safely and staffing levels were sufficient to meet residents' needs. The home maintained adequate supplies of personal protective equipment that staff used appropriately, and staff had received training in infection control procedures.

The environment was clean, with a cleaning regime in place and refurbishment works undertaken to maintain the premises.
