Stuart House

Stuart House accommodates up to 19 people requiring residential care and support for living with dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. The home operates from three interconnected Victorian houses adapted into a single premise.

The provider had identified areas requiring improvement and developed an action plan to address concerns. Documentation processes and safe medicine management needed strengthening, and inspectors found these procedures were not yet firmly embedded in daily practice. The home could not demonstrate that medicines were being managed safely according to required standards.
