Willowbrooke Residential Home

Willowbrooke Residential Home provides residential care for older people, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. The CQC found the service to be Good overall, with staff who understood risks and enough experienced staff on hand. Some minor medicine practice concerns were identified but were dealt with promptly.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, respected in their choices, and supported to stay in touch with family and friends. Care planning involved people fully, and end-of-life support was described as particularly thoughtful. Leadership was found to be visible and supportive, though audits could be made a little more robust.
