Willow Lodge Nursing Home

The registered manager and staff effectively manage risks and protect people from abuse. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive approaches. The home has an established and stable staff team who know people well.

Where people lack capacity, staff follow appropriate processes to ensure any restrictions are lawful and regularly reviewed.
