Boulevard House

Boulevard House is a care home for people with learning disabilities and autistic people, supporting up to 15 people across a main house and a smaller bungalow. The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised at another of the provider's locations. Previous breaches around safeguarding, risk and medicines management had since been resolved, with better governance now in place to monitor safety and quality.

Inspectors found people were happy with their care, treated with respect, and supported to make their own choices. Staffing levels were sufficient, and people enjoyed comfortable private accommodation and good access to their local community. The service was rated Good overall, though the effective key question required improvement.
