Willan House

Willan House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 20 older people. The home has various communal facilities including a lounge, dining room, and conservatory space used for visits.

Staff supported people to maintain contact with family members and friends through telephones and video calling. Visitors were tested before seeing relatives, and personal protective equipment was in use for visitors and staff in line with government guidance. Staff were observed wearing correct PPE appropriately, with equipment readily accessible throughout the home.
