The home facilitated visits safely while protecting residents' social connections. Staff supported people to understand COVID-19 risks and offered alternatives such as activities and meals in rooms for those isolating or preferring not to use communal areas.

The service maintained high cleanliness standards, and staff demonstrated strong knowledge of infection control and prevention practices.
