White Gables Residential Care Home

White Gables Residential Care Home accommodates up to 37 older people, including those living with dementia, in one adapted building. During inspection, there were 33 people using the service. People told inspectors they were extremely happy with the care they received and were highly complimentary about the caring nature of the staff and management team. Staff were highly motivated and knew residents well.

The service was led by a highly motivated and compassionate registered manager who continued to strive for continuous improvement and high quality care. There was an extremely open culture where people using the service, their representatives and staff were asked for their views, which were valued and used in ongoing service improvements.
