About Coniston House
Coniston House provides personal care for up to 27 older people in one adapted building, with 26 residents at the time of inspection. Some residents live with dementia. Staff were observed correctly wearing, regularly changing and disposing of personal protective equipment to reduce infection risk. Lateral flow tests were being used in line with government guidance, and staff routinely completed PCR tests to decrease the risk of undetected infection.
