Inspectors found people received safe, person-centred care from caring and responsive staff, with strong governance and good working relationships with external agencies.

People and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe and involved in decisions, though some raised concerns about call bell response times, which audits did not support. Minor environmental issues, including roof leaks and areas needing repair, were noted, with the provider already addressing these through an improvement plan.
