St Anne's Community Services – The Crescent accommodates up to 5 people with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder in one adapted building, providing residential care and personal support. At inspection, all 5 people using the service were present.

The home is expected to ensure people receive respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence, with good access to local communities. The inspection focused on assessing how well the service supports these outcomes for the people it cares for.
