The service also offers home care to people in the community, though no one was receiving this service during the inspection visit.

People living at the home and their relatives reported being satisfied with the care provided. Staff were observed to be kind and compassionate, treating residents with respect. Risks to people were assessed and minimised, with appropriate safeguards in place to protect them from abuse.
