Little Hayes

Little Hayes accommodates up to 34 people in a single adapted building, providing accommodation and personal care for adults with dementia or physical health and support needs. At inspection, 26 people were living at the service.

People were happy living at the home and spoke positively about the care they received, telling inspectors they felt safe. They received their prescribed medicines as required, with safe arrangements in place for obtaining, storing and disposing of medicines. Inspectors identified minor concerns with medicines stored in the fridge, which the manager addressed immediately.
