About Weston House

Weston House is a nursing home in Staffordshire, providing personal and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia. Details of the most recent CQC findings are set out below.

Weston House provides personal and nursing care for up to 48 older people, including those living with dementia, across four separate units. At inspection, 42 people were using the service. Staff are safely recruited and trained, and people feel able to share concerns with staff members.

They receive support in a timely and caring way from sufficient staffing levels.

However, people were not always aware of the new management team. Quality assurance tools were not consistently completed in a timely or effective manner, which meant that required improvements were not always identified and actioned promptly.
