The Manor House Nursing Home

The Manor House provides personal and nursing care across three adapted buildings to people with physical and mental health needs, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 81 people were using the service out of its 125-person capacity. Staff were trained and demonstrated understanding of best practice infection control guidance. People had comprehensive risk assessments in place to support their care. Residents felt able to raise concerns about their care and support, and sufficient staff were available to meet their needs in a timely way.
