Rosevilla Nursing Home

Rosevilla Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 49 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 35 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that people's care plans were not always up to date, and safety monitoring was not in place for one person with complex needs. While the provider had made improvements following a previous inspection, further improvements were still required to ensure people received effective and safe care. Staff were trained to recognise and report abuse, and people were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives.
