Westlands accommodates up to 41 people across three floors, providing personal care support. At inspection, 35 residents were living at the home. While staffing levels were sufficient for safe care, relatives and staff reported that residents sometimes experienced delays in receiving personal care. The provider had implemented new systems to reduce reliance on agency staff and increase permanent staffing numbers.

Relatives highlighted concerns about personal hygiene standards and identified communication between staff and families as an area needing improvement. Care records required development to ensure they fully supported the service's operations and quality of care delivery.
