Westdene Residential Home

Westdene Residential Home provides personal care to 35 people aged 65 and over, some living with dementia, with capacity for up to 40 residents. The home delivers a safe, effective and well-led service where care records contain detailed information about people's needs, risks, preferences and choices. Fire safety has been prioritized, with identified issues addressed and regular fire drills conducted to ensure people's care needs are properly identified during emergencies.

Since the last inspection, the provider has made significant improvements to the quality of care records relating to people's safety, and staffing levels have been enhanced to better support residents.
