Westbury Grange

Westbury Grange provides personal care for up to 45 people, including those with dementia and nursing needs. At inspection, 44 residents were living at the service. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding procedures and how to raise concerns, ensuring people received safe care. Detailed risk assessments were in place to manage risks within people's lives, and staff felt confident supporting residents with a wide range of needs.
