Highclere Care Home

Highclere Care Home provides residential accommodation and nursing support for up to 40 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 29 people were using the service.

The home maintained safe arrangements for professional visitors through temperature checks, lateral flow testing, risk and health questionnaires, hand sanitisation and mask wearing. Infection control measures included isolation protocols with people self-isolating in their en-suite rooms when necessary, and staff allocated to work on specific floors to prevent cross-contamination.
