Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre

Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre provides residential care and personal care for older people and those living with dementia, with capacity for up to 60 people. At inspection, 12 people were living downstairs with two in the designated care setting, while one upstairs unit was being used for continuing healthcare. The designated care setting featured ensuite bathrooms in bedrooms, uncluttered and clean spaces, its own equipment, kitchenette for preparing snacks and drinks, and dedicated outside space. Communal areas were spacious enough to support social distancing. The service maintained cleaning schedules with daily and weekly check sheets, supplemented by monthly auditing conducted by the cleaning supervisor.
