Terrance House

Terrance House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for people living with long-term mental health issues. At inspection, 45 people were living at the main service, with a further six people using the attached supported living property, which offers more independent accommodation with staff support. The home supports 32 residents and two supported living residents with personal care needs related to personal hygiene and eating.

Residents spoke positively about their experiences at both Terrance House and the supported living service, expressing satisfaction with the accommodation and support they received from staff.
