Snapethorpe Hall

Snapethorpe Hall provides residential care for up to 62 people with physical health needs and dementia, across two floors with adapted facilities and en-suite bedrooms. At inspection, 47 people were using the service, with one floor dedicated to dementia care.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe, though inspectors identified significant safety concerns. Medicines were not managed safely, and risk assessments and care records were not consistently up to date or reflective of people's current support needs. Risks to people were not always well-managed.
