Flanshaw Lane

Heathcotes Flanshaw provides accommodation for up to six younger adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. Five people were living in the home at the time of inspection. The service safeguards residents from abuse and manages risks associated with their care effectively without being overly restrictive. People feel safe, appear happy and relaxed with staff, and their needs are met by well-recruited, trained and effectively deployed staff. The home protects residents from infection risks and maintains appropriate infection control measures.
