Wentworth Close

Wentworth Close provides accommodation and personal care for up to four people with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, all four available places were occupied. Residents had varying communication needs, with most using gestures and body language rather than verbal speech to express themselves. Some had specialist needs related to autism and behaviours that challenged.

The service is designed to enable residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People receive planned, person-centred support tailored to their individual and communication needs. The registered manager oversees both this home and another care home within the organisation, dividing his time between them. A specialist senior support worker manages day-to-day operations when the manager is absent.
