Welshwood Manor

Welshwood Manor provides accommodation and personal care for up to 34 people with physical disabilities, currently supporting 26 residents. The service operates from a 2-floor adapted building in a residential area of Colchester.

People receive safe care from staff who know them well and understand their individual needs, including how to manage and reduce known risks. Staff have received training in safeguarding and health and safety. The service maintains sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs and safety requirements, with safe recruitment practices in place for new employees. Medicines are managed appropriately.
