Abbey House provides accommodation and nursing and personal care for up to 13 younger adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. Most residents attend Linkage college full-time and stay at the service during term-time. The home is located in a large detached period property in the town centre, close to local amenities.

At inspection, the service demonstrated outstanding quality across all key areas. Staff demonstrated exceptional care and support for residents, building on the service's previously good rating. The home maintains a person-centred approach that prioritises the wellbeing and independence of each young adult in its care.
