The Barn

The Barn provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 people with learning disabilities, and all 10 places were occupied at the time of the assessment. Inspectors found the home continues to be rated Good overall, with risks well managed, staff trained to meet individual needs, and people supported to make choices and access healthcare.

Staff and management showed respectful, inclusive attitudes, and people said they felt safe. Previous concerns about quality checks and action plans have improved, though inspectors noted some ongoing shortfalls in leadership arrangements.
