Weavers Care Home

Weavers Care Home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 33 people in a large residential building adapted to meet residents' needs. At inspection, 25 people were living there. Staff were responsive and creative in improving quality of life, supporting residents to maintain and develop interests while engaging with the local community. The home offered an excellent range of activities both inside and outside the building.

The service delivered consistently high standards of compassionate end of life care, demonstrating commitment to supporting people through their final stages with dignity and attentiveness.
