Gloucester House

Gloucester House provides personal care for up to five younger adults with mental health needs in an adapted residential property. At the time of inspection, four people lived at the home. Bedrooms are single occupancy with en-suite facilities, and the home includes various communal spaces for residents' comfort.

People, relatives and staff spoke highly of the registered manager. However, limited management oversight meant that shortfalls identified during inspection had not been highlighted internally. Systems and processes to monitor quality and safety were not always effective at driving improvement. The home encourages people and relatives to share their views, with recent feedback reporting high levels of service satisfaction.
