Waterloo Care Home

Waterloo Care Home accommodates up to 36 people aged 65 and above across two floors, including some residents living with dementia. The service provides personal care but not nursing care. At inspection, 35 people were using the service.

The home is well-led with a visible and approachable registered manager. People and relatives speak positively about the manager's presence and accessibility. The service has implemented a robust governance and auditing system, with audits kept up to date. These processes identify lessons learned from incidents and accidents, enabling the home to take action to keep people safe.
